ABSTRACT The activity of flavonoids as anti-cancer compounds has attracted the attention researchers. Flavonoids are natural found in various plants and have been identified potential candidates for drugs. multiple mechanisms action, including inhibiting cancer cell growth, inducing apoptosis, formation new blood vessels. also possess antioxidant properties that protect normal cells from oxidative damage. In vitro vivo studies demonstrated significant such quercetin, kaempferol, genistein, apigenin against types cancer, breast, colorectal, lung, prostate cancer. Moreover, can enhance effectiveness conventional therapies reduce their side effects, making them promising adjuvant treatment. Flavonoid merupakan alami yang ditemukan dalam berbagai tumbuhan dan telah menarik perhatian peneliti kandidat potensial untuk obat memiliki mekanisme aksi, termasuk menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanker, menyebabkan pembentukan pembuluh darah baru. juga sifat antioksidan melindungi sel-sel dari kerusakan oksidatif. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seperti potensi anti-kanker signifikan pada jenis kanker payudara, kolorektal, paru-paru, prostat.
